- Products: vessel, fill weight, wax, fragrance and fragrance load %, wick(s), lid, label and box. You get the wax and fragrance per candle, materials + labour + overhead cost, suggested wholesale and retail prices, margins and a price check.
- Batch Calculator: pick a candle and how many. You get the wax and fragrance for the batch in oz, g, lb or kg, whether you have enough of every supply, and the materials cost.
- Batches: every pour with wax and fragrance used, cost and the day it's cured and ready to sell.
- Finished stock per candle: poured - sold, with curing kept apart from ready to sell.
- Sales with channel fees for Etsy, website, craft fairs, Instagram / local, wholesale and consignment (a % and/or a fee per item - you set them).

- How are the suggested prices worked out? Wholesale = total cost x 2 and retail = wholesale x 2 by default. You can change both multipliers.
- Does it include my time? Yes. Set your hourly rate and the minutes each candle takes. Overhead % is added on top of materials.
- Wax melts and tins? Yes. Any vessel or mould works - the sample includes jars, tumblers, travel tins and wax melt clamshells.

It adds wax, fragrance, wick, vessel, lid, label, box, your time and overhead, then suggests wholesale and retail prices. You set the multipliers.
How much wax and fragrance do I need?
The Batch Calculator works it out for any candle and quantity, in oz, g, lb or kg, and checks you have enough of every supply.
Does it track supply stock?
Yes. Stock is your last count plus purchases minus what your pours used, with reorder alerts and packs to buy.
Does it work in Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes. It works in Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer (Windows and Mac), Excel for the web and Google Sheets.
