What it does

• Paste your monthly Etsy statement CSV. Every row is sorted automatically: sales, transaction fees, processing fees, listing fees, Offsite Ads, Etsy Ads, shipping labels, refunds and taxes.
• Sales tax Etsy collects is taken out of your sales, and deposits to your bank are skipped so nothing is counted twice.
• A warning appears if you paste the same month twice.
• Dashboard: net sales, every fee by type, your expenses and your TRUE PROFIT for each month, with charts.
• Pricing calculator: enter price, shipping, postage, materials, packaging and making time. You see the Etsy fees per sale, your profit and margin, your break-even price and the price you need for your target margin.
• Profit by product: paste the Order Items CSV for the year. Sales are matched to your products by Listing ID or SKU, so you can see which products make money and which ones lose it.
• Pick your country and your Etsy processing and regulatory fees fill in automatically, using Etsy's own fee tables for 70+ countries.
• Expenses log for supplies, packaging, equipment, software and market fees, with a yearly summary by category.
